    • Foundations for optimal health - build a strong foundation of optimal (for you) nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, hydration, supplementation, and other wellness practices.

  3. IMPLEMENTATION

    • Implement foundational changes into routine - practice consistency and adopt nutrition, fitness, & lifestyle changes to form habits and establish a new baseline level of health and wellness. 

  4. CONTINUATION

    • Continue to confidently apply knowledge and skills learned during the Eat with Erin program on your own. Erin has guided you and provided the tools to become the master of your own health, weight, and wellness.
