Eat With Erin Nutrition Coaching Program

Virtual 1:1 meetings taking you through a personalized nutrition, fitness, wellness & holistic health journey. As you progress through each phase of the program, you will learn how to overcome mental barriers,

achieve physical goals, & create lasting change.

  1. INTENTION

    • Intentional mindset mastery - make mindset shifts to unlearn health behaviors & habits that aren’t working, and learn realistic, healthier ones that stick.

  2. FOUNDATION

    • Foundations for optimal health - build a strong foundation of optimal (for you) nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, hydration, supplementation, and other wellness practices.

  3. IMPLEMENTATION

    • Implement foundational changes into routine - practice consistency and adopt nutrition, fitness, & lifestyle changes to form habits and establish a new baseline level of health and wellness. 

  4. CONTINUATION

    • Continue to confidently apply knowledge and skills learned during the Eat with Erin program on your own - plan to gradually reduce tracking and coaching meetings. Erin has guided you and provided the tools to become the master of your own health, weight and wellness. Stay empowered, hold yourself accountable, and trust yourself that you know what to do moving forward.
