Erin's Exercise background

Erin became passionate for all forms of exercise at a young age (running, yoga, strength training, etc.), but fell in love with the high energy environment of indoor, stationary bicycling classes (spin classes)! Erin started instructing group spin classes at Virginia Tech in 2012 and after graduating with a degree in Human Nutrition Food and Exercise, instructed spin classes at Ryde by Revolve Fitness DC, in addition to working as a clinical dietitian. While teaching indoor spin classes at Ryde, Erin became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and trained at Lifetime Fitness, assisting a variety of different people in their health and fitness journeys before starting Eat with Erin LLC in 2019.

Do you have a busy schedule? Trouble getting or staying motivated to work out? Does it feel like no exercise or diet routine is helping you meet your fitness goals? Erin will be your fearless coach and cheerleader, demonstrating and programming exercises that are just enough outside of your comfort zone to help you see results without the feeling of overwhelm. Erin will help you fine-tune form to execute exercises correctly, prevent injury and encourage you to work smart, not hard. She will ensure you are progressing within your workout routine, inform you when adjustments are needed and partner with you in creating a workout schedule that becomes habitual.

Erin offers personalized virtual workout sessions, in-person workout sessions and provides workout programming depending on individual goals and needs.

Erin will ask if you have any medical conditions or injuries that may be affected by exercise.

Plan to fill out a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) to identify if a physicians clearance is required to begin workout sessions.
